2. Your right to cancel (consumers)
If you are a consumer, you have a legal right to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
You may cancel your order within 14 days without giving a reason.
The 14‑day cancellation period starts on the day after you receive the goods.
To cancel, you must contact us and clearly state that you wish to cancel your order.
After we confirm your cancellation, you must return the goods within 14 days.
3. Conditions for returns
To qualify for a refund, returned items must:
Be unused and in the same condition you received them.
Be returned in the original packaging where reasonably possible.
Include all parts, accessories, and any documentation.
We may reduce the amount of any refund if the value of the goods has been reduced by your handling them more than was necessary to check their nature, characteristics and functioning.
4. Return shipping costs
If you change your mind or ordered the wrong item, you are responsible for the cost of sending the item back to us.
We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service for all returns.
We are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit back to us.
5. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If the item you receive is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and details.
Once we confirm that a product is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will:
Offer a replacement, or
Offer a repair where appropriate, or
Offer a full refund,
and we will cover reasonable return shipping costs for that item.
6. Refunds
We will inspect all returned items on arrival.
We will notify you by email once your return has been received and checked, and confirm whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method only.
We aim to issue refunds within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
7. Items that cannot be returned
We may not accept returns in the following cases:
Items that have been installed, fitted or used.
Items returned without all original parts or accessories.
Items returned after the applicable return period has expired.
Items damaged due to incorrect installation, misuse, neglect or improper handling.
8. Vehicle compatibility
It is your responsibility to ensure that any part you order is compatible with your vehicle before purchasing.
We strongly recommend checking part numbers and fitment details and contacting us if you are unsure.
Where a return is requested because a part is not compatible with your vehicle, acceptance of the return is at our discretion.
If we agree to accept such a return, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and any reduction in refund if the item shows signs of installation or use.
9. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for the same product or a different compatible product:
Please contact us first with your order details and the part you would like instead.
We will confirm availability and any price difference.
We cannot guarantee that replacement items will always be in stock.
